Work continues at a Harriston subdivision known as Maitland Meadows to bring in more housing to the area.
Minto approved a subdivision agreement and water/wastewater allocation for phase one of the development by Mex Developments.
A passed bylaw will allow 57 residential units of water and wastewater services.
When the full subdivision complete, Maitland Meadows will see 126 residential units, 57 single detached, 39 townhouses and 30 semi detached units.
A plan in phase one is to build around 10-12 units per year with having the 57 approved for water and wastewater to be completed within at least 5 years.
