The 20 year old man accused of four counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder will appear in court in London today.
The accused is also facing terrorism charges.
The 20 year old is facing these charges after driving into a Muslim family which killed 4 and has a child still in hospital recovering from their injuries on June 6th. Police allege the man intentionally drove into the family.
A weekend funeral service was held outdoors for the family which brought mourners across the city at the Islamic Centre of Southwest Ontario.
