With a successful campaign, the Local Community Food Centre has purchased a new refrigerated delivery van, replacing an old truck.
The campaign which brought in more than $100,000 will now continue to offer pick up and delivery with food and support other programs within Stratford.
Causes the Local supports includes Shelterlink, the Stratford Connections Centre as well as Optimism Place.
The capital project was among one of the largest the organization had undertaken with officials thanking those who showed their support with any size donations.
