A new course will launch soon at The Grove in Fergus done in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association of Waterloo-Wellington.
The course, dubbed Living Life to the Full is aimed to help youth aged 13-18 to develop skills, build confidence and reduce stress and dealing with life’s challenges.
Taking place weekly starting on October 26th, each 90 minute session tackles various topics such as coping with anger, problem solving and more.
Living Life to the Full was launched after a recent study from Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health found the pandemic still have lingering negative impacts on youth with a drastic increase in disordered eating, body image, self-harm and psychological distress.
