On August 12th at around 7:30pm, Perth County OPP investigated a theft of a bicycle from a local business on Wallace Avenue North in North Perth.
Sometime on August 12th between 6:50pm and 7:20pm, a male had attended the store and removed a bike which secured to a bike rack.
The accused later returned the bike to the rack at the business.
After reviewing footage, officers identified the male who was located and arrested.
The 24 year old of Listowel has been charged with Theft Under $5000, Possession of Break in Instruments and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was released from custody with a future court date in Stratford.
