One person is facing a charge as a result of a domestic incident in North Perth.
On October 23rd just after 12pm, Perth County OPP were called to a domestic incident and a previously unreported assault which took place earlier in the month.
Police attended the scene and an investigation was done. As a result a 43 year old Listowel resident was arrested and charged with Spousal Assault.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
