The pandemic has truly slowed down many fundraisers and events across the area but contributions have picked up the pieces to help out.
The Listowel Memorial Hospital Auxiliary was able to bring in a donation of $14,000 with a number of fundraising efforts such as online shopping, Christmas photo shoot events and a donation from the Listowel Greenhouses.
The money donated will help the Listowel Memorial Hospital towards a future palliative care room. Currently the hospital has one palliative suite for patients and families.
