Among discussion tonight, North Perth council is expected to award the construction tender for the Listowel Memorial Arena Park 59.
North Perth staff have been working with SHIFT Landscape Architecture to collect tender requests for the Listowel Memorial Arena Park which will include a memorial area, trees, a sensory playground, seasonal ice skating rink and more.
Approved funding for the project was given at a project budget of $1.4 million while a fundraising committee been working to raise and continues to do so.
As its written in the report for tonight its recommended to award the construction to Horst Excavating Inc out of Monkton of just over $1.2 million.
