A major project in Listowel is helping to bring new shops and a series of apartments to the community.
The Listowel Gardens Project has already seen a level of completion in its three phased approach costing roughly $75 million for mixed use development to help address housing needs and shape a community hub.
Phase 1 which is already complete saw 89 new apartment homes, a modern clubhouse and fitness centre, outdoor pickleball courts and more.

Phase 2 is currently under construction, a 14,000 square foot commercial space which will see a dental clinic, daycare as well as a Mary Brown’s Chicken, Pizza Pizza and Firehouse Subs come to Listowel.

A future phase 3 will expand the residential community.
The apartments will also be complete with free high speed internet, a washer and dryer for the units right up to local honey being produced at the gardens site.
Listowel Gardens includes studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments available for rent.
