Police say a 23 year old has been charged in connection to a fail to remain crash earlier this week.
On March 10th Perth County OPP responded to the crash in Listowel near Union Street West when the driver of a Mazda fled the scene of a crash before police arrived.
On March 12th, the 23 year old man of Elmira was charged Dangerous Operation, Operating without Insurance, two counts of Driving Under Suspension, G1 Licence Holder without a Qualified Driver and Failure to Remain.
The accused was held in custody pending today’s bail hearing.
