The Coldest Night of the Year is just a few days away in Listowel.
With just two days to go, over $51,000 has been raised and will have those taking part walking from Listowel Chrysler to the Library and back.
The goal for Listowel’s walk is to raise $75,000 to support Hope Links which helps those in need.
To date, 170 walkers have signed up in the community and will be meeting at Listowel Chrysler on Saturday at 3:45pm with the walk starting at 4.
Prior to the start of the walk, Mayor Todd Kasenberg, Shelley Blackmore and Kara Greydanus will speak followed by a bagpipe to send off the walkers.
