Lisa Thompson has been sworn in as MPP for Huron-Bruce and with it has also been named as the Minister for Rural Affairs.
In a release, Thompson says she is proud to be sworn in and continue serving as the Minister of Rural Affairs.
Thompson adds she remains committed to advocating for the needs of rural communities across the province and ensuring their voices are heard at Queens Park.
Premier Doug Ford says the government will double down on plans to build, train and reskill workers for better jobs and bigger paycheques.
