The housing market across the region has fallen with listings and sales.
According to the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors, home sales were down 35.1 per cent last month when compared to numbers from the same time last year with 144 units sold.
The benchmark price of a home in October was marked at $544,700 only a slight drop of 0.1 per cent compared to October 2021.
As for the average price of a home sold, the number continues to drop at $581,497.
This is a steep decrease from September this year which was above $600,000.
The number of new listings rose 20.9 per cent with 237 new residential listings last month.
