The team at It Takes a Village is gearing up for the 2nd annual “This is Home” Awareness Campaign and Fundraiser.
The campaign will run throughout February 15th-27th which end will end off with the 24 hour camp outside the North Perth Public Library in Listowel.
The campaign focuses on bringing a voice to experiences many less fortunate in the community of what they live through daily.
Topics are being accepted for new experiences and topics to explore the next year years campaign.
The goal for the 24 hour outdoor campaign is to raise $2400, raising $100 for every hour spent outside.
Once $1200 has been raised Andrea Charest will reveal the mystery guest who will be joining her for 24 hours.
Last year, Andrea stayed outside for 24 hours with Mandy Coelho and was able to raise $24,000.
