On February 17th at around 3am, Wellington County OPP received a report of a black pickup in a ditch on the Hanlon Parkway at Clair Road.
Officers arrived at the scene and located the driver who was not injured. Police while speaking with the driver had suspected they were impaired.
As a result, a 35 year old of Haldimand County has been charged with Impaired Operation and Failure to Comply with a Demand for Breath.
A 90 day license suspension and 7 day vehicle impoundment were issued.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
