Huron-Perth Public Health is reporting 3 new cases of COVID-19. There is one new case in Stratford, West Perth and North Perth. One case has be assigned to another health unit. There are 19 variants of concern in the region.
One new death has also been reported with a total of 51 COVID-19 related deaths in Huron-Perth. The outbreak at Ritz Lutheran Villa long term care home outbreak in Mitchell has been declared over.
Wellington County is reporting 37 new cases of COVID-19 since April 2nd. 17 recovieres were aslo reported. Active cases are up to 46, from 26 on April 1st. Total recoveries has reached over 1000 in Wellington County
Ontario is reporting 3065 new cases of COVID-19 alongside 8 deaths and 1976 resolved cases. 1161 are in hospital with over 510 in the ICU.
The province also administering over 76,000 vaccinations over the past 24 hours.
