Huron-Perth Public Health recently received funding from United-Way Perth-Huron to help support the Fresh Food Box program.
The program helps provide families living with little to no food to help them get access to fresh produce. This call for more program assistance has been amplified from COVID-19 as families still struggle to pay rent, bills and other living expenses.
Over 100 fresh food boxes are delivered monthly to those part of the Healthy Babies, Healthy Children program.
