With more across Huron-Perth booking their 2nd dose appointments, there are still some in the region who have yet to get their first dose which health officials are hoping to change.
Now into July, Huron-Perth Public Health is encouraging those to get their first dose and Dr. Miriam Klassen says clinics continue to pop up across the region.
“We have added more community clinics to our website as we receive more vaccines. We continue to be able to add more clinics.” said Dr. Klassen
74 percent of those 18 and up in Huron-Perth have received their first dose while fully vaccinated residents is at 33 percent.
