Huron Perth Public Health updated the status of Covid-19 cases in the Region Wednesday.
There were 12 new cases reported. They breakdown in Huron to 2 in Central Huron and Huron East. In Perth there were 7 in North Perth and 1 in Stratford.
There were 4 residents hospitalized in the region and 4 active Health Care workers with the virus.
Active cases sit at 51.
The outbreak at Listowel Memorial Hospital continues. There are confirmed cases in 4 patients and 9 staff.
There are 2 Long Term Care homes in outbreak; Exeter Villa has two confirmed cases in staff and 2 in residents. Knollcrest Lodge has 2 confirmed cases in staff members.
Cedarcroft Place outbreak in Stratford remains under control. No change in case numbers; 50 in residents and 24 in staff. No cases active.
No current school outbreaks in the Region.
