Home sales dropped last month by 8.4% when compared to numbers from October 2020.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtor’s reports 217 units were sold as the average price of a home sold also dropped from numbers in September.
The benchmark price of a single family home was pegged at $543,800 with the average price selling for $585,411, up 20 per cent from the same month period one year ago.
September’s average house sales saw numbers over $600,000.
