The number of homes sold last month dropped 7.7 per cent when compared to February 2021, with 131 homes sold.
The number also remains unchanged on a year to date basis with 244 units sold over the first two months.
The pricing of homes continues to increase as the benchmark price of a single family home was set at $619,600 with the average price of a home selling for a record $754,828, a leap of 38.5 per cent from the same time last year.
This is also a jump from January which was just under $720,000. There were 150 new listings for last month.
