Home sales across Huron-Perth has risen to the highest they’ve been all year.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors say 210 homes were sold last month, this is a leap of 12.3 per cent from the same time last year.
On a year to date basis, home sales have totaled 947 units over the first six months of the year.
The prices however are the highest they’ve been this year with the benchmark price of a single family home at $577,400, a drop of 11 per cent from the same time last year with the average price of a home selling for $691,192.
The number of new listings dropped with 320 new residential listings last month, a sharp drop of 18.8 per cent from June 2022.
