The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance took the opportunity this week to thank you team of laboratory professionals for their important work as part of National Medical Laboratory Week this week.
The team at HPHA includes Medical Laboratory Technologists, Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technicians, Medical Transcriptionists, Pathologists’ Assistants and Pathologists.
The duties they undertake include the analysis of tissue samples, blood and body fluids are a significant part of the diagnostic process.
They advise that it allows physicians to make accurate diagnoses and guide appropriate treatment.
