The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board is celebrating recent achievement and success of their students on the results in reading writing and math in EQAO.
Assessments were done in the spring with Huron-Perth exceeding the provincial average.
At the primary level, the provincial level was 73 per cent in reading, 65 per cent in writing and 60 per cent in Math.
Huron-Perth students leaped all 3 categories at 81, 74 and 66 per cent respectively.
Students also rose above the average in the grade 10 literacy test with a provincial average of 85 per cent with Huron-Perth Catholic DSB students reaching 87 per cent.
