The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board shared word that October is Kindergarten to Grade 12 Cyber Awareness Month.
It is a campaign developed to promote best practices in cyber safety.
In the tip today for passwords they say using a pet’s name or a birthday is often an easy password to crack.
Especially they say if it is information you share online. They say to use a series of letters, special characters, and numbers that only make sense to you is a great way to secure your accounts.
