Huron County OPP has charged a North Perth man with several charges following a traffic stop that took place in Wroxeter last week.
On Thursday, July 28th just before noon an officer stopped a driver of a SUV that was travelling northbound on Howick Street.
The driver failed to have their driver license with them and proceeding to identify himself with a false name.
The investigation revealed that they were driving with a suspended license.
They were also found to be in possession of fentanyl, a switchblade and unmarked cigarettes.
A 59 year old North Perth resident has been charged with obstructing police, possession of a schedule 1 substance, failure to comply with an undertaking, driving while under suspension and possession of unmarked cigarettes. They are scheduled to appear in a Goderich court on August 15th to answer to the charges.
