One person is facing an assault charge after an incident in North Perth.
Just after 2pm on June 4th, Perth County OPP responded to a report of a disturbance on Davidson Ave North in Listowel.
Investigation revealed one person had assaulted another, no injuries were reported from the assault. A 63 year Huron East resident was arrested and charged with assault.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Stratford court at a later date to answer the charge.
