Huron County Economic Development’s tourism and marketing team has won the 2021 Marketing Canada Award from the Economic Developer’s Association of Canada for its 2021 Huron Hygge (hue-guh) program.
Hygge is a Danish concept which has the feelings of cozy, contentment and well being through the enjoyment of the simpler things of life.
The success of the 2022 Winter program included various activities such as enjoying the outdoors at ice rinks, engaging Family Day events and discovering the perfect wine and craft beer pairings with one of Huron’s many producers.
