On Saturday October 23rd a Huron County OPP officer was patrolling on Edward Street in Exeter when the officer had spotted an SUV being operated with unattached license plates.
A traffic stop was conducted and after some checks it was revealed the driver was currently prohibited from driving and operating with unauthorized license plates and driving without insurance.
As a result a 49 year old from Exeter has been charged with a range of offenses including 6 counts of Operation While Prohibited, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance and Driving While Under Suspension.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Goderich court on December 20th.
