The Humane Society of Stratford-Perth is making an appeal for foster homes for 17 animals in their care which includes 10 dogs and 7 cats.
CEO of the Humane Society, Kathrin Delutis says they will provide training, food, supplies and medical care while fosters supply a space and love for the animals.
Stratford’s centre has four cats and two dogs in need of care while their centre in Kitchener-Waterloo has eight large dogs and three cats.
Some animals have specific needs so those who are interested should call their local centre and see which animals would be best for them to foster.
