The Stratford-Perth Humane Society is hitting the pause button on cat adoptions and is limited how many cats they are taking in.
Officials say a few cats in their care have become sick and they want to make sure the situation is monitored and under control.
Adoptions for cats has been taken down from their website in the meantime.
Anyone with concerns is asked to contact the Stratford centre of the humane society.
