The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board has partnered up with Facile Perth to offer independent facilitation and planning for students and families to remove barriers for students with disabilities.
The partnership will ensure people have information needed to build in the community including accessing the needed resources through intentional service navigation.
Members from the school boards special education team and reps from Facile Perth and staff will meet periodically to discuss the goals and plans for collaboration.
