This week the Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board welcomed all Grade 6 students in their elementary schools to St. Michaels Catholic Secondary in Perth and St. Anne’s Catholic Secondary in Huron experience a Technology Expo event.
Highlights of the expo include two individuals. Marcel Labelle and Jamie McMillan, who were guest presenters brining skills & experience to enhance student learning in the areas of Indigenous and Technological Education.
The event was sponsors by OYAP and gave the Grade 6 students a chance to learn more about the skilled trades, working with their hands and highlighted the excellent technical facilities that the secondary schools have to offer students.
