The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board has renewed a partnership with the Stratford based non profit, Facile Perth.
The organization serves people with a disability and their families across both county’s to help them to plan and build meaningful lives in their own communities.
Facile will continue to work closely with the school board to share knowledge and co-create presentations which will provide school teams with insights on building collaborations, community development, increase access to future pathways and meaningful planning for life after graduation.
