With this week from May 3th to 9th being Children’s Mental Health Week it is the time when the emphasis is put on the mental health of the youngest in our population.
The theme for this year’s campaign is empathy.
The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board are sharing content on the topic of empathy and youth mental health on their social media including Facebook.
One of the things they shared today was a video by Brene Brown and it offers a way to further understand the importance of empathy.
