A small drop of new home listings across the area while prices remained almost the same.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors say 128 homes were sold last month, a large drop of 12.9 per cent from the same time last year.
Over the first nine months of the year, 1390 units have been sold only a small gain of 1.5 per cent from 2023.
The benchmark price of a home was up only 1 per cent with a value of $574,900 and the average price of a home selling for $621,704 down 1 per cent from September last year.
There was a drop of new listings last month with 302, down 2.9 per cent.
