Homes across Huron-Perth remain above average while the supply drops for the month of November.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtor’s say a total of 161 homes sold last month which is a 17.9% drop when compared to November 2020.
The sale price of a home soared for another month with the benchmark price of a single family home set at $560,900, a 34.4% leap from the same time last year.
The average price of a home sold last month reached a record $626,842.
There was a total of 176 listings last month.
