Houses sold in Huron-Perth saw a decline while the pricing continues to increase.
The February report from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtor’s shows 147 homes were sold last month, a decline of 3.9 percent from last year. The benchmark price of a home was set to $460,800 an increase of 28.1 percent from February 2020.
While homes sold declined the average price of a sold home last month was $536,548, a 27 percent increase and a jump over $20,000 from January of 2021.
