The number of homes sold in Huron-Perth for December saw a drop of 4.7% when compared to numbers of December 2020.
101 units were sold last month with a total of 2359 homes sold over the course of 2021, a jump of 8% in 2020.
With the numbers rise last year also saw a massive jump in the housing prices.
The benchmark price of a single family home was set at $568,700 with the average price of a home last month selling at a record $650,472 a massive leap of 40.7% from December 2020.
This is also an increase from the average in November which was $626,842. There were 73 new listings for December.
