Plans are beginning to settle in for Hope Links ahead of the distant winter season.
Hope Links North Perth will help offer support to those in need with the Listowel Salvation Army.
Hope Links will help connect those in need with certain services and goals offering tangible services on site such as a hot meal, laundry and shower facilities.
A pilot program was launched with the Salvation Army which was received very well with an increase of 85 percent in the hot meal program from the first week to the sixth.
