The number of homes sold last month dropped when compared to numbers from the same time last year.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors says 165 units were sold last month, a drop of 21.1% from September 2021.
On a year to date basis, 1560 units have sold, a drop of 16.9 per cent.
The benchmark price of a home remains mainly unchanged at $554,300.
The average price of a home sold was set at $636,639, increasing 3.6 per cent from last year.
The sale price of a home is a large increase from August which saw the average price at $595,244.
There was 277 listings for last month.
