The number of homes sold for April totaled 171 units according to the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors.
The number is a sharp decline of 22.3 per cent from April 2022.
On a year to date basis, home sales totaled 497 units over the first four months of the year, a drop of 25.8 per cent from the same time last year.
The bench mark price of a single family home was $540,800 with the average price of a home sold last month being $646,375, a drop of 10.8% from April 2022.
The number of new listings also dropped with 263 new residential listings last month.
