A Manitoba woman who took her daughter last month before fleeing in Ontario and believed to be in Perth County has been arrested.
35 year old Holly Malleck was arrested at a home in Waterloo on Tuesday with her three year old daughter unharmed and is currently in the care of another family member.
Stratford Police issued on Sunday they believed Holly was in the Perth County area with the intent to deprive the girls father of his parental rights.
Malleck has been taken back to Winnipeg where she faces a parental abduction charge.
