The Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance is celebrating its recognition by Ontario Health’s Trillium Gift of Life Network for outstanding support in organ and tissue donation.
In the 2023/24 period, the HPHA supported three organ donours resulting in the donation of 10 organs for transplant saving seven lives.
Further 15 tissues donours from the healthcare alliance have helped enhance the lives of numerous individuals.
For these efforts, the healthcare alliance has been awarded the Provincial Conversion Rate Award for a 4th time.
