To help support the Palmerston Hospital and their MRI campaign, a Harriston ball club is rallying in support just in time for the Super Bowl.
The Harriston Ducks are holding a watch party on Sunday at the Harriston Arena with proceeds from the event all going back in support for the MRI campaign.
Cole Leslie with the Ducks says having an MRI in Palmerston would be a major boost for everyone.
“We’ve had our fair share of injuries and having to go to the cities and waiting months on end is not the answer when you need healthcare so supporting our local hospital is definitely our top priority” said Leslie.
On top of football to watch, there will be games, raffles and prop betting taking place before kickoff.
The doors open at the arena at 4:30pm.
Those interested in attending are asked to confirm their interest over Facebook.
