After investigation in Perth County, one person is facing harassment and distribution of intimate images without consent charges.
Perth County OPP were contacted on January 14th in regards to ongoing harassment.
During investigation it was learned two people were victims of harassment with the suspect having distributed an intimate image of one of the victims without their consent.
As a result a 50 year old Cobourg resident faces charges of Criminal Harassment and Distributing an Intimate Image without Consent.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
