Hanover Police have seized drugs and a weapon after a traffic stop.
Police stopped a vehicle and arrested a 45 year old of Kincardine.
There was a brief struggle during the arrest with the suspect sustaining minor injuries which required treatment at the hospital.
During a search of the vehicle, police seized over $17,000 in cocaine and a homemade weapon.
The man was charged with Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon.
