A West Grey man is facing charges after a family dispute.
On April 30th at around 8:15pm, Hanover Police were called to support West Grey Police to a family dispute.
Officers arrived and found an intoxicated man who had climbed a hydro tower with high voltage lines and was armed with an axe.
Officers noticed the man had been drinking from a bottle of liquor while he was climbing. The man eventually climbed down who was then arrested.
A 32 year old of West Grey was charged with Weapons Dangerous to Public Peace, Mischief and Breach of Probation.
There was no disruption to any hydro customers as a result of this incident.
