Hanover Police were called to a restaurant on May 28th in the afternoon after a patron had refused the leave the area.
The patron also threatened staff and customers as well as pulling out a knife.
The 27 year old of no fixed address being charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Resisting Arrest, 3 counts of Breach of Probation and Breach of a Release Order.
The weapon was recovered with no reported injuries.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing.
Police Chief Chris Knoll sharing over social media, officers had noted the accused had 31 criminal convictions in less than 3 years.
