Hanover Police are making an appeal for a driver to turn themselves in and surrender on their charges.
Police on Wednesday attempted to stop a driver of a black SUV which was being driver by a man who was known to be prohibited from driving for a similar offence.
Officers terminated the chase against the SUV due to public safety.
Hanover Police Chief Christopher Knoll says a warrant is being sought for the driver by says its time for them to surrender to police adding putting the lives of others at risk is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
